This is a series of patches, which I found to be necessary for verapdf to still
verify a pdf/a file as standard compliant after "mutool clean" has been
applied:
- proper pdf header
- avoiding compression of the metadata
- mismatch of specified \Length and actual length due to overzealous
optimizations
