Hello guys,

this is a patch based on our previous discussion on IRC that the examples/
folder shouldn't be installed anymore.

This patch just removes the 'install-examples' target from the 'install-data'
target. By doing just this, the 'install-examples' is still available to people
who need it for whatever reason (they can issue the 'make install-examples' by
themselves), but the examples/ folder won't be installed by default anymore...
:)

This commit is independent to my other RFEs.
