With the 32 bit Windows build the following output files are indeterministic:

tests_private__xl__pcl6cet3.0__C421.bin.pdf.ppmraw.600.0
tests_private__xl__pcl6cet3.0__C422.bin.pdf.ppmraw.600.0
tests_private__xl__pcl6cet__c421.bin.pdf.ppmraw.600.0
tests_private__xl__pcl6cet__c421.bin.pdf.ppmraw.75.0

Likely fixed with recent invalid read/write fixes in the XL interpreter. The
MD5 is now the same for multiple runs. Tested as follows:

gpcl6win32.exe -r600 -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -o out.pdf C421.bin
gswin32c.exe -q -r600 -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o out.ppm out.pdf
md5sum out.ppm
