This also fails in clist mode with ppmraw:

bin/gs -r100x100 -sDEVICE=ppmraw -dNOPAUSE -sOutputFile=x.pam -dMaxBitmap=1900
-dBandHeight=1500 Outlook2007_Calendar.xps

Also note that -Z:Lv causes this to segfault
