When rendering the attached file (cutdown from the customer supplied one) to
RGBA, the image does not appear. When rendering to RGB it does.

This appears to be a problem with the handling of clipping to an imagemask in
the presence of alpha.

Bug 698801: Always copy background in when clipping an imagemask.

Don't attempt to rely on alpha, as it is incompatible with the way
we clip through the mask at the end.
