ePub with <br/> inside <p>

In the attached ePub document, there is a <p> which contains a <br/> element.

Distance applied to the new line should be the one set in "line-height", not in
margins or paddings.

The screenshot shows the display by mupdf-gl-1.11 on the left and what calibre
shows on the right.

The issue is still present in version 1.12-rc1.
