Product: MuPDF
Version: master
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 7
Status: UNCONFIRMED

öäü.pdf as shown by mupdf-gl 1.12-rc1
If I use the mupdf-gl.exe that's in the mupdf-1.12-rc1-windows.zip to open a
PDF file with non-ASCII characters in the filename (for instance: öäü.pdf), the
filename displayed in the title bar is garbled.
If I use the mupdf-gl.exe from mupdf-1.11-windows.zip, or the mupdf.exe from
either zip file, the filename is displayed correctly.
